No Data Collection
Adequate Systems HK Limited ("Adequate Systems", "we", "us", "our") does not collect, store, process, or transmit any personal information, usage data, or any other data whatsoever from users of the Mochimo Mobile Wallet application (the "Application").
Wallet Data
All wallet data, including but not limited to private keys, public keys, wallet addresses, transaction history, and account balances, is stored exclusively on your device. Adequate Systems has no access to, and does not collect, any wallet data or cryptocurrency holdings.
No Third-Party Sharing
Because we do not collect any data, we do not share, sell, rent, trade, or otherwise disclose any information to third parties.
No Analytics or Tracking
The Application does not incorporate any analytics services, advertising networks, tracking technologies, cookies, or similar data collection mechanisms.
Network Communications
The Application may communicate with the Mochimo blockchain network solely for the purpose of broadcasting transactions and retrieving publicly available blockchain data. These communications do not transmit any personally identifiable information to Adequate Systems.
User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and backup of your wallet data, including your private keys and recovery phrases. Adequate Systems cannot recover lost wallet data as we do not have access to it.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy. Your continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
